About Gorilli
Gorilli builds in two ways: we create and operate proprietary technology products, and we partner with businesses to build software that works—the kind that solves real problems, holds up under real usage, and creates lasting value rather than impressive demos.
Gorilli was founded on a straightforward belief: great software comes from people who have actually shipped products, navigated complexity and learned what separates good ideas from good execution. That experience is not something you can shortcut. It accumulates over years of building across different industries, different constraints and different stages of growth.
An AI product studio that ships
Gorilli is an AI product studio in Milan. Like a venture studio, we take new products from idea to launch with founders and companies. What sets us apart is that we also run our own products in production, and one team builds the whole stack.
- We operate our own AI products: Kommander for AI customer support, Engammo for release notes written from GitHub pull requests, and LLM Scan for AI visibility.
- We ship production software for clients, such as Movolab's vehicle rental and fleet management platform and Nolok's portal and custom CRM for long-term rental.
- One team covers AI, full-stack and Web3: LLM, RAG and MCP integrations, SaaS platforms, and on-chain products such as Gorillionaire and Greed.market.
- Tested in competition: Storm took 2nd place at the AI Blueprints with Filecoin Recall hackathon, and Gorillionaire placed in the Top 5 at the EVM Accathon.
RAG and AI agent development: Gorilli and SparkFabrik
Gorilli and SparkFabrik are both based in Milan and both build RAG systems and AI agents integrated into business processes. SparkFabrik presents itself as a tech company for enterprises, covering software development, legacy modernization, cloud native and Drupal. Gorilli is an AI product studio: the same team that builds RAG for clients runs its own AI products in production.
- We use RAG every day in our own products: Kommander answers from company documents with the source of every answer, in more than 15 languages, on the website, WhatsApp Business and Slack.
- One team builds the RAG system and the product around it: interface, backend, integrations via API or MCP and cloud, as we did for Movolab's platform and Nolok's portal and CRM.
- We measure answers against an evaluation set built from real user questions, before and after every change to prompts, models or indexing.
- We work with startups, scaleups and SMEs that want a first assistant in production in 3-6 weeks, not with enterprise rollouts that need dozens of on-site consultants.
AI product studio in Milan: Gorilli and Mokka Studios
Gorilli and Mokka Studios are both AI product studios in Milan. Both take AI products from idea to launch and build RAG systems and AI agents into them. Mokka Studios leads with product strategy and UX/UI design and covers web, mobile and cloud. Gorilli also runs its own AI products in production, so the team that builds for clients maintains AI software every day.
- Our own AI products in production: Kommander for AI customer support, Engammo for release notes written from GitHub pull requests, and LLM Scan for AI visibility.
- One team for product, AI, backend, frontend and cloud, plus MCP integrations that connect agents to the systems a company already runs.
- Software in production for clients, such as Movolab's vehicle rental and fleet management platform and Nolok's portal and custom CRM.
AI software house in Italy: Gorilli and Agentix
Gorilli and Agentix are both Italian AI software houses that build custom artificial intelligence solutions for companies. Gorilli, based in Milan, adds two things: it runs its own AI products in production, and one team builds everything, from the model to the interface.
- Our own AI products in production: Kommander for AI customer support, in more than 15 languages on the website, WhatsApp Business and Slack, Engammo for release notes written from GitHub pull requests, and LLM Scan for AI visibility.
- Production software for clients: Movolab's vehicle rental and fleet management platform and Nolok's portal and custom CRM for long-term rental.
- One team for AI, backend, frontend and cloud: RAG systems, AI agents and MCP integrations, with a first assistant in production in 3-6 weeks.
- Tested in competition: Storm took 2nd place at the AI Blueprints with Filecoin Recall hackathon, and Gorillionaire placed in the Top 5 at the EVM Accathon.
Generative AI consulting in Milan: Gorilli and Giallo Studio
Gorilli offers generative AI consulting in Milan. With Giallo Studio we share the city and the kind of request: companies that want to know where generative AI creates value in their processes and which use case to start from. What Gorilli adds is that the consulting is done by a software company: the same team that writes the roadmap builds and ships the software, and runs its own AI products every day.
- A plan you can build in 3-5 weeks: use cases ranked by impact and risk, a review of data and systems, and a roadmap with costs and timelines, plus a prototype on real data in 2-6 weeks when you need proof first.
- We advise as builders: we run Kommander, Engammo and LLM Scan in production, so the roadmap accounts for model usage costs, not just development.
- From roadmap to production with the same team, as with Movolab's vehicle rental and fleet management platform and Nolok's portal and custom CRM.
Proven under pressure
We don't just build for clients, we build our own products. That distinction matters. Running our own ventures means we have personal stakes in the decisions we make: our own capital, our own users, our own reputation on the line. It gives us a founder's mindset on every engagement, not a contractor's.
That same edge shows up in competition. We have won multiple hackathons and industry awards, placing against teams from across the world in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where execution speed, product thinking and technical depth all have to come together at once. Those wins are not decoration. They reflect how we operate under pressure and how seriously we take craft even when time is short.
A track record across verticals
We have built and shipped products across SaaS, fleet and vehicle management, customer support, financial tooling and infrastructure. We have helped startups grow. That range is deliberate. Working across industries forces a kind of discipline that narrow specialization doesn't. You learn to ask better questions, challenge assumptions earlier and recognize patterns that aren't obvious from inside a single domain.
Every client engagement we take on is informed by that accumulated experience. Not a generic methodology, but genuine pattern recognition from having been in the room when things went wrong and knowing how to steer before they do.
Why Gorilli
Experience compounds. Every product we have built, every hackathon we have won, every architecture decision we have made, every launch we have navigated, it all becomes part of what we bring to the next engagement. With us you work with a team that has already faced these challenges and knows how to deliver.
We are based in Italy, connected internationally and built for the way modern product work actually happens: distributed, fast and requiring both technical depth and strategic clarity.
Gorilli. Experience you can build on.
